Comments

When you leave a comment on our site, we collect the information shown in the comment form, your IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized hash of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you’re using it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public.

Media

If you upload images to the site, avoid including location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images.

Contact forms

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number, and your property preferences. We use this to respond to your request. We keep this data for up to 12 months. It’s not used for marketing unless you opt in.
