What are the additional costs when purchasing a property?

In addition to the purchase price, you should account for extra costs such as taxes, legal fees, and notary expenses. In the Costa Blanca region, these additional costs amount to approximately 13% of the purchase price.

Can I rent out my property through you?

Yes, we can connect you with our partner company that specializes in property management and rentals, ensuring a worry-free rental experience.

When can I schedule a viewing trip with you?

We regularly organize viewing trips for investors as well as personalized visits to explore specific properties. This is often part of our property purchasing service. Contact us with your preferred dates, and we’ll arrange a fully tailored viewing trip for you.

What are the mortgage conditions for buying a property in Spain?

What are the costs of your services?

We charge a small fee to initiate a property search and purchasing guidance. This fee also includes accommodation for your viewing trip.

For resale properties, we charge an additional commission. For new developments, however, we receive our commission directly from the developer.

Determining your maximum mortgage amount in Spain depends on several factors, including your income, existing financial commitments, and the property's value. Typically, Spanish banks offer up to 70% of the property's value for non-residents and up to 80% for residents.
